We are a startup company with a patented way to create printed magnetic sensors. The sensors behave as variable resistors with up to an 18% change in resistance in a changing magnetic field. Our initial focus is using the sensors to create non-contact position sensors for a variety of applications.
Our printed magnetic field sensors are made from an ink containing specially fabricated GMR nanowires. The sensors can be printed onto paper, plastic and printed circuit board substrates to create variable resistor magnetic sensors.
There are many applications for printed magnetic fields sensors across multiple industries. The sensors can be used to create position sensors, proximity sensors, buttons, sliders, and knobs used in the consumer, medical, automotive and industrial products and applications.
